Overnight hotel guests: The hotel allows parking for only ONE vehicle per room. This policy will be strictly enforced, and cars will be towed. Carpooling is essential.
The Edgewater Hotel parking garage vehicle height restriction is 6’4″.
There is limited free overnight parallel parking along River Road only.
Attending for the day only: The free park & ride lots are located at the City Hall Complex on Hwy 321 and the Gatlinburg Welcome Center on Spur Road. Additional limited free day parking may be found on River Road.
